My favorite hot sauce! Well balanced with just enough heat but not too much. I bought my first bottle because it was sold at Long Bridge Pizza in the Dogpatch, they know and make great food so I assumed anything they sold would be tasty as hell, I assumed right!

I find myself going down the road feeling glad as long as this bottle is nearby! The vinegar base resonates with a clean clarity that grooves with oils, while the peppers dance across your palate with a scarlet fire that warms without scorching. It’s balanced, complex, and has enough soul to make even a plain potato feel like a front-row seat at the Fillmore West. Sharing this spice in my life with friends feels like passing a rare bootleg tape, pure bliss!

I’m a very picky eater and was absolutely blown away at how much flavor and how delicious this was! I just ordered 6 more cause we went thru it so fast.

It's an amazing small batch hot sauce that hits just right. Full of balanced flavor that gives the right amount of kick, lingering heat, and can go on anything.

I’ll start off by saying that I’m a bit of wimp when it comes to heat. This sauce is not the hottest out there but definitely has a kick and packs a big punch in terms of flavor. It normally takes me 6 months to several years to get through a bottle of hot sauce, but I’ve been going through these bottles every month or two. This sauce is just SO GOOD! I put it on everything from eggs to pizza. I love it on tacos and burritos, too. I even took it camping with me and bought two cases to give out to family and friends as gifts. Do your mouth a favor and grab a bottle (or a case!)

(And you gotta love a sauce with a Grateful Dead reference! 🎶🤘)

This is sauce has the perfect consistency and it's so versatile. It's so great on grilled cheese sandwiches. I'm going to buy some for my friends this holiday season. The label really stands out too.

Yours is one singularly tasty sauce. It is a magical mix of ingredients which upon arrival I made an omelette to splash it on, and it was simply sublime. You are really good at this hot sauce thing.

I bought the gift set for myself (though I did give one bottle away as part of an Xmas present). :-) So yummy! Goes great in guac or on avocado toast, or in a burrito. Probably would be a good add to a Bloody Mary too, but haven’t tried that yet! 🤔
